Q: What is the minimum MOQ?
A: The conventional minimum order is 1 20-foot container; a small number of samples can be provided, and the sample freight is negotiated according to the actual situation.
Q: Can the raw materials provide samples?
A: Samples can be provided for physical property testing. Samples are in small packages, sample fees can be reduced for most products, and shipping fees are borne by the consignee.
Q: Can the product provide SGS, MSDS test certificates?
A: Yes. Each batch of goods can be provided with SGS, MSDS, and factory physical property test reports to meet domestic processing and export customs clearance requirements.
Q: Are the ingredients new or recycled?
A: We supply all new original particles/resin powder, non-renewable materials, stable performance, low impurity content, suitable for food packaging, pipes, films, wire drawing and other products.
Q: What is the raw material packaging, how many tons can a cabinet hold?
A: Standard 25kg/bag lined packaging; 20-foot cabinets can generally hold 20 ~ 25 tons, and 40-foot cabinets can hold 24 ~ 28 tons, depending on the type of raw material.
Q: Approximately how long is the lead time?
A: Arrange the loading within 7 days after the spot brand receives the deposit; the futures brand will be delivered according to the scheduled production cycle, and the loading photos and documents will be synchronized before shipment.
Q: Which countries can be exported and can export documents be made?
A: It can be exported to Southeast Asia, Africa, the Americas and other countries. It can provide a full set of export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, etc., and support fob/CIF and other trade terms.
Q: There are processing abnormalities in the raw materials, can you provide technical support?
